The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Qualtrics experience management platform, analyzing data, and providing insights to drive business decisions.\n Key Responsibilities:\nManage and maintain the Qualtrics platform, ensuring its optimal performance and utilization\nDesign, develop, and implement surveys and other data collection tools using Qualtrics\nAnalyze survey data and create comprehensive reports and dashboards\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective survey solutions\nProvide training and support to internal stakeholders on Qualtrics platform usage\nEnsure data quality and integrity throughout the survey process\nStay up-to-date with Qualtrics platform updates and best practices\nDevelop and implement strategies to increase survey response rates and data quality\nAssist in the integration of Qualtrics with other business systems and tools\n Required Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Market Research, or a related field\n2+ years of experience working with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nProficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)\nExperience with survey design and methodology\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nPreferred Qualifications:\nQualtrics certification or advanced training\nExperience with programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL\nKnowledge of statistical analysis and research methodologies\nFamiliarity with API integrations and web technologies\nExperience in financial services or related industry\nSkills:\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy\nAbility to translate complex data into actionable insights\nExcellent project management and organizational skills\nCreative problem-solving abilities\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment\nAdaptability to new technologies and changing business needs\nOur Benefits\nYour well being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
