In this role, you will shape and deliver Salesforce capabilities across Sales/Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud, driving adoption, platform governance, and business value.\nYou will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring Salesforce is leveraged to improve client engagement, streamline sales and marketing processes, and enable data-driven decision-making.\nTHE TEAM\nCitco’s Client Experience team is building a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) to standardize, scale, and innovate Salesforce across the firm. This team works closely with architects, administrators, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful Salesforce solutions.\nAs a Product Manager, you will help guide Salesforce delivery, strengthen adoption, and ensure alignment with global business objectives.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPlatform Ownership & Delivery\nOwn and manage Salesforce Sales/Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions for Citco’s Client Experience team.\n\nTranslate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, balancing usability and compliance.\n\nOversee integrations with CitcoOne™ portal, enterprise systems, and data platforms.\n\nEnsure data quality, reporting integrity, and adoption of Salesforce features.\n\nBusiness Engagement & Strategy\nPartner with business leaders in sales, client services, and marketing to define Salesforce roadmaps.\n\nChampion Salesforce adoption and provide training/enablement support where needed.\n\nIdentify opportunities to use Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein/AI, and advanced analytics to drive insights.\n\nGovernance & Quality\nUphold Salesforce governance standards, ensuring consistency across regions and teams.\n\nParticipate in release planning, QA, and UAT cycles, ensuring high-quality delivery.\n\nProactively monitor platform health and recommend improvements.\n\nLeadership & Collaboration\nAct as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce within the Client Experience team.\n\nPartner with IT, vendors, and the global CRM team to ensure timely and effective Salesforce enhancements.\n\nProvide guidance to junior team members, administrators, and business users.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.\n\nExperience\n5-8 years of professional experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce-focused roles.\n\nProven expertise in Sales Cloud or Financial Services Cloud (opportunity management, client onboarding, KYC, sales workflows).\n\nExperience with Marketing Cloud (journeys, campaigns, automation, reporting).\n\nPrior exposure to financial services, asset management, or capital markets preferred.\n\nExperience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.\n\nSkills\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data models, reporting, and integrations.\n\nAbility to create solutions that balance business needs with platform scalability.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.\n\nCertifications\nSalesforce Certified Sales/Financial Services Cloud Consultant.\n\nSalesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant (or strong working knowledge).\n\nSalesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification a plus.\n\nWHY CITCO?\nOpportunity to play a key role in building Citco’s Salesforce Center of Excellence.\n\nExposure to enterprise-level Salesforce programs in a global financial services firm.\n\nDirect impact on Citco’s client engagement and marketing strategy.\n\nCompetitive compensation, benefits, and professional growth opportunities.\n\nOur Benefits\nYour well-being is of paramoun importance to us, and central to our success.
