We are expanding our Salesforce team to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that enhance how we serve our clients globally.\nThe Role\nWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing Salesforce Platform Team. This is a full-time, hybrid role .\nThe ideal candidate will be hands-on with Salesforce development, comfortable working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (especially Case Management), Data Cloud, and AgentForce, and experienced with integrations and automation. This role offers the opportunity to build enterprise-scale Salesforce capabilities in partnership with product owners, architects, and business teams across Citco.\n Key Responsibilities\nSalesforce Development\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies. \nCustomize and extend Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (with a focus on Case Management) to support business workflows and improve client experience. \nDevelop and maintain integrations with internal systems, Data Cloud, and telephony platforms to enable seamless data flow and client interaction. \nImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code versioning practices. \nPartner with the Salesforce Architect to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable designs. \nCollaboration & Delivery\nWork closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. \nParticipate in design reviews, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure alignment with standards and best practices. \nSupport UAT, release activities, and post-deployment stabilization. \nProvide ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and performance tuning of the Salesforce platform. \nInnovation & Continuous Improvement\nStay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for potential adoption. \nContribute to the continuous evolution of Citco’s Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE), development standards, and platform roadmap. \nRecommend improvements to development processes and automation strategies.\n Education:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. \nExperience:\n5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development within an enterprise environment. \nProven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components. \nHands-on experience with Apex triggers, REST/SOAP APIs, Data Cloud, and system integrations. \nExperience with telephony integrations (Amazon Connect, Genesys, etc.) and Einstein Analytics is highly desirable. \nFamiliarity with Agile delivery and CI/CD (Gearset, Copado, or equivalent tools). \nSkills:\nStrong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits. \nExcellent problem-solving and debugging skills. \nStrong collaboration, communication, and documentation abilities. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nCertifications (Preferred):\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II \nSalesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant \nSalesforce Application Architect certification is a plus \nWhy Citco\nAt Citco, you’ll be part of a global organization that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
