systems.\nAbout the Artificial Intelligence Team:\nThe Artificial Intelligence team is multi-disciplinary team charged with identifying, building and deploying operational AI-enabled solutions leveraging a suite of emerging technologies, such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Large Language Models, generative models, and multi-\n Develop, optimize, and maintain machine learning models, including LLM-based and conversational AI systems.\nImplement and manage API generation and consumption for seamless integration of AI services into enterprise ecosystems.\nContribute to end-to-end AI lifecycle management, including model development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.\nEstablish and support MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and automation for AI solutions.\nWrite and maintain robust unit and integration tests to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems.\nCollaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nConduct proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilot programs to evaluate new technologies and drive innovation.\nOptimize AI performance through prompt engineering, evaluation techniques, and iterative improvements.\nContribute to system architecture and design, ensuring modularity, scalability, and maintainability.\nApply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.\nEnsure AI solutions adhere to regulatory requirements, security standards, and ethical AI principles.\nKey Competencies\nStrong experience with LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI architectures, including design and implementation.\nProficiency in AWS cloud services for AI/ML development and deployment.\nExpertise in API design, integration, and microservices architecture.\nStrong programming skills (Python preferred) with solid technical depth.\nExperience with testing frameworks, including unit and integration testing.\nSolid understanding of software engineering best practices and Agile delivery methodologies.\nHigh level of technical expertise combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong focus on quality and risk management in designing and delivering AI solutions.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.\nHighly organized, accountable, and goal-oriented, with a strong drive for automation).\nFamiliarity with full-stack development for AI-driven applications.\n About You\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\nProven experience in AI/ML development, with hands-on expertise in LLMs, NLP, conversational AI, and Agentic/GenAI systems.\nStrong proficiency in Python (and/or PySpark) and modern machine learning frameworks.\nPractical experience with AWS AI/ML services for building and deploying scalable solutions.\nYou are a hands-on developer who enjoys building intelligent, scalable AI systems using cutting-edge technologies.\nExperience delivering end-to-end AI solutions across the full lifecycle (design, development, deployment, and monitoring).\nStrong analytical and
