This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for defining and governing enterprise-wide architecture across applications, platforms, data, cloud, and emerging technologies, with AI and agentic automation as key enabling capabilities.\nThe role focuses on setting direction, standards, and guardrails to ensure scalable, secure, and well-governed solutions across the organization..\n About the Role:\nEnterprise Architecture & Strategy:\nDefine and maintain enterprise architecture across application, data, integration, cloud, and platform domains\n\nEstablish architecture principles, standards, and reference architectures\n\nEnsure consistent adoption of enterprise patterns across technology initiatives\n\nIntegrate AI, automation, and analytics capabilities into the broader enterprise architecture\n\nAlign technology architecture with business strategy and long-term roadmap\n\nTechnical Leadership:\nProvide architectural leadership across major enterprise initiatives\n\nGuide solution architects and engineering teams on architecture decisions\n\nDefine reusable architectural patterns and shared platform capabilities\n\nAct as a design authority for complex, cross-domain solutions\n\nBalance innovation with stability, security, and operational maturity\n\nStandards & Governance:\nEstablish governance models for platforms, integrations, data, and AI-enabled solutions\n\nDefine security, compliance, and risk guardrails in collaboration with security and risk teams\n\nReview solution designs for alignment with enterprise standards\n\nEnsure architectural consistency across cloud, SaaS, and on-prem solutions\n\nPromote observability, resiliency, and operational readiness by design\n\nSolution Design & Review:\nReview and approve AI solution designs\n\nEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture standards\n\nIdentify opportunities for reusable components\n\nGuide teams on technical implementation approaches\n\nEvaluate new AI technologies and platforms\n\nEmerging Technology & Platform Evolution:\nDrive the evolution of Citco's AI platform capabilities\n\nEvaluate emerging technologies including AI/GenAI, automation, and data platforms\n\nDefine how AI capabilities are responsibly embedded into enterprise solutions.\n\nDefine roadmap for platform capabilities and features\n\nGuide integration with existing enterprise systems\n\nAbout You :\nYou must have 10+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles\n\nStrong background in large-scale, distributed enterprise systems\n\nProven experience designing cloud-native and hybrid architectures\n\nHands-on understanding of data, integration, and platform architectures\n\nExperience incorporating AI and automation into enterprise solutions (not limited to AI platforms)\n\nYou should possess the following skills:\nStrong enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, and governance experience\n\nDeep expertise in application, data, integration, and cloud architecture\n\nStrong programming background in Python and/or Node.js, with the ability to understand and guide implementation-level decisions\n\nExtensive hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native design patterns (compute, storage, networking, serverless, IAM, etc.)\n\nStrong understanding of security, compliance, and risk considerations\n\nExperience with API-driven and event-driven architectures\n\nData architecture, governance, and integration patterns\n\nAbility to translate strategy into executable architecture\n\nClear technical communication with senior stakeholders\n\nTechnical Expertise:\nAWS cloud platform (e.g., Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, API Gateway, Step Functions, IAM)\n\nDevelopment using Python and/or Node.js\nLarge Language Models and GenAI technologies\n\nRAG architectures and implementation patterns\n\nCloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP)\n\nEnterprise integration patterns\n\nSecurity and compliance frameworks\n\nData architecture and governance\n\nSalary Range: USD $155,000 to USD $270,000\nOur Benefits:\nYour well-being is of paramount importance and central to our success here at Citco.
