Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means\nour people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.\n\nYour Role:\nThe Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) Team is seeking a Supervisor who will be responsible for supervision of the central AEOI team in Toronto and for servicing AEOI clients globally. Reporting to the Manager, AEOI, the AEOI Supervisor will be responsible for coordination of AEOI services: completion of annual regulatory deliverables, engagements for existing and new clients, and ongoing client servicing.\nA varied multi-tasking role which encompasses client relationship management, investor communication, and daily internal/external stakeholder management and communication combined with all relevant and associated team supervision and administration.\nCoordinate and oversee preparation by AEOI team of annual/monthly/daily deliverables, managing and monitoring timing and quality.\n\nCommunicate daily with team and reporting lines; prepare and provide progress and status updates, escalate items to management as required\n\nResearch, analyze and provide recommendations for process improvements to increase operational efficiencies\n\nReview/approve deliverables and assist production where necessary\n\nProvide guidance to Individual Contributor-level staff on AEOI technical items and queries. Assist ICs in directing internal queries/escalations to appropriate contacts.\n\nManage communications and ongoing relationships with AEOI clients, their investors, and other external and internal stakeholders\n\nManage expectations and ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner\n\nMaintain and improve knowledge of the Automatic Exchange of Information regulatory and compliance environment as it impacts service and/or clients, including industry research and analysis as required.\n\nIdentify, analyze and troubleshoot classification and re-classification inconsistencies.\n\nLocal AEOI portal registration/de-registration, communication and trouble shooting.\n\nRead and interpret Financial Statements.\n\nAdditional tasks as assigned.\n\nAbout You:\nDegree qualified (preferably in a discipline relevant to Financial Services).\n4+ years’ experience in Financial Services, with exposure to FATCA and CRS regulations an advantage\nAssets:\nProven strong client relationship skills\nProven experience managing multiple projects / deliverables; excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills\nExceptional attention to detail\nResults driven and self-motivated\nAbility to work in global teams and adapt to different communication styles\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications\nKey Competencies:\nOrganization and resources management\nLeadership\nClient relationship management\nCommunication\nBusiness, technical and commercial awareness\nQuality and risk control\nDecision making\nDeveloping working relationships with others\nSalary Range: CAD 84,000 - CAD 102,000\n- This posting is for an existing vacancy.\nOur Benefits\nYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
