Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.\nWorking with our Governance Services team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.\n The ideal candidate will have a background in IT and / or Business Analysis and will possess the ability to learn quickly the business operations and the supporting applications or tools. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with the Project Manager and the relevant business contacts to gather and document specifications, communicate requirements to all project stakeholders, participate in testing, and lead the implementation of initiatives (this may involve support from Group IT for some of the larger projects). The role will be both technical and business oriented, as such requirements gathering can be system driven or business operationally driven. The Senior Business Analyst is also responsible for assisting the PMO and supporting the delivery of the various initiatives within the Citco Corporate Solutions (‘C2S’) division.\nThe Senior Business Analyst reports to the C2S PMO Project Manager based in Manila.\nYour Responsibilities:\nAnalyze complex business systems, processes, and/or operations to identify areas for improvement and apply automation where applicable;\n\nLead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to produce comprehensive requirements;\n\nConduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives;\n\nGather and document business requirements, tracking the project tasks, dependencies and overall progress using Confluence;\n\nProduce detailed specifications for existing and new operational procedures, and related system functionality. The specifications should help the development of related IT applications, business operational processes and/or reports for the business teams;\n\nCreating functional requirements in use cases, coordinating requirements walkthrough and sign-offs;\n\nCollaborate with IT teams to design and implement technical solutions;\n\nParticipate in the testing process with business teams for new and/or improved IT solutions;\n\nDrive the actual implementation of assigned initiatives, collaborating closely with IT and business teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the identified solutions. Create and maintain process maps, workflows, and other documentation, as required;\n\nHandling any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.\n\n You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, IT or equivalent;\n\n5+ years of work experience gathering, reviewing, and documenting business requirements preferably within the Financial Sector;\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nExperience with the following applications/tools desirable: JIRA, Confluence, Oracle EBS SSRS, SharePoint, Business Objects, SQL Reporting Services, Qlik Sense, and ERP Solutions.\nFamiliarity with automation technologies and concepts (e.g., Tibco BPM/RPA, workflow automation)\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written\n\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams\n\nFlexibility in work schedule according to project and business needs.\n\nYou are a self-starter who can demonstrate taking initiative and ownership in current role.\n\nYou have effective planning and organizational skills to set priorities and coordinate several projects in parallel to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\n‘Change’ mentality.\n\n‘Getting things done’ mentality.\n\n‘Thinking outside the box’ mentality.\n\nOur Benefits\nYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
