including API catalogs, consumer guides, and decision logs - to enable self-service knowledge dissemination\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and generate new product ideas informed by analytics and usage patterns\nWork with the Product Owner and stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and manage the backlog\nAnticipate, identify, manage and mitigate risks and cross-project dependencies\nManage expectations of senior management and stakeholders, facilitate steering committees, and provide regular status reports\nHelp to break down organizational silos and promote collaboration between business, engineering, and operations\nEnsure quality of work being delivered by being involved in testing efforts, including API contract and UAT validation\nThrough partnership with the business, define, sponsor and steer API product initiatives\nInfluence and guide technology, project management, and operations teams in solution delivery\nTranslate light-touch data analysis (SQL, basic scripting) into product hypotheses and feature ideas\nMaintain and develop expertise and keep abreast of market trends, API standards, and competitor offerings\nCollaborate with other product teams on prioritization, reuse of endpoints, and shared components\nDefine success metrics (adoption, latency, error rates, consumer satisfaction) and use them to steer the roadmap\n8-12 years hands-on experience in project/program governance, product ownership, and documentation\nWorking knowledge of SQL and/or basic scripting/analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power Query, or Python fundamentals)\nExperience with Power BI, Qlik, or similar reporting/visualization tools is an advantage\nCollaborates effectively with individuals of varying technical ability and business acumen\nLearns quickly and thrives in a fast moving, dynamic atmosphere\nStrong project governance skills -
