modelling, data products / services)\nSupport RFP questions where they arise to help foster future partnership with Citco prospects \nProvide subject matter expertise and deep knowledge in accounting and finance to support related data solutions\nDemonstrate a client-driven approach at all times, fostering long-term relationships with clients \nMaintain a proactive approach to staying up-to-date on industry changes and technology advancements, providing insights into industry trends internally and to clients\nCollaborate with Data Transformation leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for improvement based on the client conversations and projects that arise \n 10+ years' experience working with data and within the financial services industry\nExcellent leadership and team management skills\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills\nBachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline such as accounting, computer science, data science, information technology, engineering, or related field\nExperience with scripting languages and finance tools\nKnowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling\nFamiliarity with Atlassian products and AWS preferred\nStrong analytical skills for data preparation, cleaning, normalization, and deduplication\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously\nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies beneficial\nClient-facing and business development experience in the finance industry required\nKnowledge of financial products and hedge, private equity, real assets fund administration beneficial\nStrategic mindset with the ability to enhance the Citco client experience via new processes and / or technologies \nAbility to influence and
