You will work directly alongside enterprise clients and cross-functional teams to drive disciplined execution from concept through to commercial launch.\nResponsibilities:\nDefine, own, and evolve the digital product platform roadmap, ensuring technical capabilities and business plans are aligned to strategic objectives and communicated clearly across the organization.\nIdentify, scope, and deliver Data and AI-powered capabilities that create measurable value for enterprise clients, managing the full lifecycle from initial prototype through to commercial launch.\nEngage directly and regularly with enterprise clients to validate solutions, gather requirements, co-create products, and manage expectations at each stage of delivery.\nTranslate business and client requirements into platform-level product specifications, partnering with engineering and development teams to assess technical feasibility and prioritize delivery.\nDefine clear go-to-market plans for AI and digital products, including cloud data sharing and APIs, and lead adoption efforts across target client segments.\nCoordinate geographic rollout of Data and AI capabilities across multiple markets, adapting solutions to local regulatory requirements while preserving global design consistency.\nCultivate effective working relationships across Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Legal to facilitate alignment across competing priorities and ensure risk-aware decision-making.\nRequired qualifications & skills:\n6+ years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on leading platform or AI-powered product initiatives from concept to delivery.\nDemonstrated ability to build, launch, or scale AI and data-driven products or digital platforms, ideally within financial services or FinTech.\nDirect experience engaging with enterprise clients or senior stakeholders to co-create and validate products, with the ability to manage expectations and represent solutions confidently.\nWorking knowledge of Data Solutions including APIs and cloud data sharing, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into client-facing value propositions.\nSolid understanding of AI concepts, model risk management, responsible AI frameworks, and enterprise governance requirements as they apply to product delivery.\nAbility to influence and align stakeholders across a matrixed global organisation without direct authority, facilitating decisions across commercial, technical, and regulatory functions.\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.\nBeneficial skills & qualifications:\nMaster's degree or advanced qualification in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Business Management, or Engineering.\nBackground in a financial services domain such as Payments, Transaction Banking, Investor Services, or Capital Markets.\nExperience conducting structured market research to identify AI-driven product opportunities and translating competitive intelligence into actionable programmes.\nWhat we offer:\nHybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely, giving you the flexibility to perform at your best.\nExposure to cutting-edge AI and data technologies in a complex, real-world financial services environment, supporting your ongoing professional development.\nA performance-driven environment where your work has a tangible impact on clients and the commercial success of the business.\nThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
