The overall objective of this role is to drive applications systems analysis and programming activities.\nResponsibilities:\nTechnical Lead to manage development of regional/global applications\nUtilize in-depth knowledge and skills across multiple Applications Development areas to provide technical oversight across systems and applications\nWrite excellent-quality code based on functional requirements, while meeting agile implementation deadlines.\nReview and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects\nContribute to concept models, design and system architectures\nBuild, deploy, and test application components in a development environment during the implementation phase working with all layers of the application stac\nProviding expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery\nMaintain application hygiene and address any Risk & Control items\nManage Senior Stake holders and always communicate effectively and professionally\nWork closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Operational users / Product mangers to deliver projects\nProvide technical and functional expertise to the team\nMentor and Coach junior team members\nWork proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.\nRecommended Qualifications:\n13+ years of experience in software design and development, with a focus on .NET technologies. Proven experience in developing and optimizing multi-threaded applications.\nStrong knowledge of system integration and experience with various integration patterns.\nHands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools.\nExpertise in SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and performance tuning.\nExperience with microservices architecture and related technologies\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.\nStrong leadership and mentoring skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience\nMaster’s degree preferred\nThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
