applying knowledge of development procedures, system concepts, and industry standards to identify and implement required improvements.\nDevelop Salesforce and ETL solutions that address complex business and systems challenges within the Banking Operations environment.\nAnalyze application issues, assess potential approaches, and implement well-reasoned solutions that align with system and business requirements.\nWrite, test, and debug code to meet design specifications, using appropriate scripting tools and programming techniques.\nEvaluate information and apply judgement to recommend improvements that increase system effectiveness and operational reliability.\nBuild working knowledge of Citi's application landscape, including client-server development, database administration, network operations, and enterprise systems.\nSupport risk-aware development practices by identifying and escalating control issues and ensuring solutions meet applicable compliance and policy standards.\nRequired Qualifications & Skills\n2-5 years of experience in application development, programming, or software debugging in a business context.\nWorking knowledge of at least one programming language used in application or systems development.\nFamiliarity with industry development standards and practices as applied to business application environments.\nDemonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally, across technical and non-technical audiences.\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.\nBeneficial Skills & Qualifications\nHands-on experience with Salesforce development or administration within a banking or financial services environment.\nExposure to ETL development,
