They analyze moderately complex, variable issues with meaningful business impact, weigh options and drive practical solutions. Strong communication, diplomacy, and informal leadership are expected, including coaching or training others , and influence decisions through expert advise that affects team performance and outcomes\nCore Responsibilities:\nMonitor systems, batches and interfaces; quickly troubleshoot and resolve incidents to keep trading operations running.\nCoordination fixes, root-case analysis and stakeholder communications; handover cleanly across shifts or teams.\nDrive permanent fixes, SLA improvements, and resource optimizations, maintain and update runbook and docs.\nUse monitoring, ticketing and collaboration tools, support automation, Incident /change management.\nWork closely with traders, operation, middle office , developers ,business team and downstream partners.\nShift coverage: Team works in 09 hour shifts between 07:00 - 19:00 SGT to cover critical APAC windows.\nCore Skills :\nHands on front-office application support; proven troubleshooting ,incident resolution and shift based operational ownership.\nComfortable with Oracle SQL and /or Solaris/Linux; able to navigate systems, build adhoc queries and perform basic admin tasks\nWorking knowledge of windows, networks, ,Exposure to cloud ,devops tooling , real time monitoring (Geneos/ITRS /Splunk or similar ) or incident/problem management tools(ServiceNow or similar)\nPython /shell scripting or similar scripting for automation or support tasks\nStrong analytical ,organizational and detail orientation;
