The overall objective of this role is to drive applications systems analysis and programming activities.\nResponsibilities:\nManage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)\nProvide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management and planning while monitoring end results\nUtilize in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues\nEnsure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards\nIntegrate in-depth knowledge of applications development with overall technology function to achieve established goals\nProvide evaluative judgement based on analysis of facts in complicated, unique, and dynamic situations including drawing from internal and external sources\nInfluence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, as well as communicate with external parties as necessary\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.\nCollaborate with the business/Technical product owner & SMEs to perform detailed requirements analysis\nResponsible for Components Design, Construction & Unit Testing of assigned components/modules\nPerform technical review and resolve any technical challenges\nCoordinate with customer stakeholders and bridge the offshore communication\nUnderstanding of agile /waterfall development methodologies and test-driven development practices\nResponsible for overall deliverables and highlight if any risk\nJob Qualifications and Skillset:\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in Java development\nThe role requires an individual who is results-focused, proactive, highly collaborative, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skills in both solution evangelism and expectation management.\nStrong leadership skills, excellent communication, time-management; planning, negotiation skills and presentation skills are highly desirable.\nIn-depth knowledge in building enterprise web applications\nIn-depth knowledge and understanding of Core Java, Java EE, Spring boot\nexcellent Knowledge in Spring Microservices architecture and design patterns\nIn-depth knowledge of Multithreading , Concurrency, JPA , Hibernate\nExtensively used Eclipse or IntelliJ\nAgentic System Design: Lead the architectural design and implementation of multi-agent systems and autonomous AI solutions, ensuring scalability, robustness, and performance.\nAI Agent Development: Develop, train, and fine-tune individual AI agents, for tasks such as natural language understanding, decision-making, and task execution.\nOrchestration & Integration: Design and implement frameworks for agent orchestration, communication, and collaboration within a larger ecosystem. Integrate agentic AI solutions with existing enterprise platforms and data sources.\nResearch & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and related fields.
