Summary\nWe are looking for a highly-skilled Automation Engineer (AVP level) with strong hands-on experience in Java and Selenium.\nThe ideal candidate should have investment banking experience with a track record of QA in Front Office Trading Systems, excellent communication skills and expertise in industry-standard tools like Jira, ALM, Zephyr, Confluence, Jenkins, OpenShift, and Jenkins pipelines.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop automation scripts and framework libraries for both UI and API testing.\nActively participate in Delivery Feature Teams with regards to impact analysis of design and implementation.\nDefine test plans and test cases for functional and end-to-end testing.\nDrive in-sprint automation of Feature Deliveries, whilst championing automation best practices.\nPerform detailed root cause analysis of defects and manage fix/retest cycles until sign off.\nProduce regular Test Reports to communicate delivery health to key stakeholders.\nMitigate roll-out risk through runbook reviews.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional and global teams (QA, Dev and Product Teams) to ensure high-quality product delivery.\nTroubleshoot issues with Linux, containers, virtualization, and storage environments.\nMentor team members, guiding them on technical and domain-related queries.\nCollaborate on process improvement initiatives within the wider eComm QA team.\nOperate efficiently and effectively in a global, fast-paced, and complex matrix environment and be flexible with changes in priorities.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nGood track record of delivering QA for Front Office Trading Systems.\nStrong experience working within Investment Banking Markets Technology domain.\nStrong hands-on experience in QA automation (UI and API automation).\nStrong programming skills in Java.\nExpertise in Selenium WebDriver and Playwright for UI automation.\nExperience of developing stubs and drivers.\nExperience working with Git for version control.\nHands-on experience with CI tool such as Jenkins, TeamCity etc.\nPrevious active contribution to Cucumber automation frameworks.\nExperience with ALM, Zephyr, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, OpenShift, Splunk.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nProven ability to work in a global team environment.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nNice to
