timely completion of asset reviews, asset classifications, and related reporting.\nContribute to increased loan closings, information flow between departments and management of risks for the CCC investments and loan portfolios\nFamiliarity with affordable housing projects and the typical debt and equity parties involved in affordable transactions\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\nQualifications:\n10+ years of experience\nIndividual must have excellent communication, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.\nIndividual must work well under tight deadlines, manage priorities, and complete assigned tasks with minimal management follow up. \nCandidate is required to have a minimum of 6-7 years of multifamily asset management, transaction management, or underwriting with responsibilities consistent with those outlined above.\nCandidate has quantitative skills with a high proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft based programs.\nAdditional non-core qualifications which will be considered are:\nFinancial statement analysis and portfolio management\nMultifamily underwriting experience\nDebt or equity experience with LIHTC properties and properties financed by tax-exempt bonds\nIncome property equity or loan workout, foreclosure, and bankruptcy experience\nPrior management or supervisory experience\nMultifamily property condition assessment experience\nExperience assessing the capabilities of non-profit sponsors\nMultifamily property valuation experience\nEducation:\nBachelor's/University degree, Master's
