Responsibilities\nStrategic Business Analytics\nDevelop and implement analytical frameworks to solve complex business challenges.\nGenerate actionable insights through advanced analysis of customer behavior, portfolio performance, and market trends.\nDrive strategic recommendations to improve business performance, customer engagement, and revenue growth.\nTranslate analytical findings into impactful business stories for senior leadership.\nCustomer & Product Analytics\nLead analytics initiatives across Credit Cards, Co-brand, and Private Label products.\nAnalyze customer acquisition, engagement, spending behavior, retention, and profitability.\nProvide data-driven recommendations to optimize customer lifecycle management.\nPartner with Product and Marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness and portfolio growth.\nMarketing & Revenue Analytics\nDrive Marketing Analytics initiatives to evaluate campaign performance and customer response.\nIdentify opportunities for revenue growth and portfolio optimization.\nDevelop customer segmentation and targeting strategies using analytical insights.\nMeasure performance of acquisition, activation, and retention programs.\nLeadership & Team Development\nLead and mentor a team of analytics professionals.\nEstablish best practices for analytical methodologies, reporting, and quality control.\nBuild a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.\nManage hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.\nInnovation & Advanced Analytics\nPromote the use of Artificial
