This position has a significant impact on the sales team's effectiveness through complex deliverables and affects the overall performance of the sub-function.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelops and implements a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to support the Business Banking sales teams.\nPartners with many product partners throughout Citi, to help spearhead initiatives, and ensure products/services are processed and executed to industry and internal standards, and client expectations.\nResponds to elevated inquiries and resolving implementation related issues in a responsible and timely manner.\nActs as an advisor with various business partners.\nServes as the primary point of contact for complex sales and service escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.\nRepresents the voice of the frontline sales teams in collaborations with product, marketing, and technology support teams to drive improvements and advocate for necessary resources.\nAnalyzes sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to sales leadership.\nCreates and maintains sales support materials, including training documents, process guides, and communication templates.\nCoordinates with internal partners to streamline processes and enhance the overall sales support infrastructure.\nLeads strategic projects and initiatives aimed at improving sales team efficiency and effectiveness.\nQualifications:\n6-10 years of relevant experience in sales support, sales strategy, or a related role within the banking or financial services industry.\nProven experience in project management, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives from conception through to implementation.\nStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience in developing and executing business strategies.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.\nDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different teams and functions.\nProficient in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.\nEducation:\nBachelors degree\n------------------------------------------------------\nJob Family Group:\nConsumer Sales------------------------------------------------------\nJob Family:\nConsumer Sales Support------------------------------------------------------\nTime Type:\nFull time------------------------------------------------------\nPrimary Location:\nNC-CHARLOTTE (BALLANTYNE)------------------------------------------------------\nPrimary Location Full Time Salary Range:\n$96,400.00 - $144,600.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
