They are committed to transform FP&A into a strategic, insightful partner, balancing the following:\nDecision Effectiveness: Empower stakeholder decisions with actionable insights delivered through a scalable, robust, analytical platform\nProcess Efficiency: Streamline, automate and integrate firmwide planning and reporting, leveraging AI tools, led by a high-performing team\nStakeholder Experience: Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset to drive exceptional results\nKey Responsibilities\nThought Leadership and Strategic Business Partnering:Serve as the primary point of contact for USCC CFO teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the FP&A organization\nPartner with USCC LFOs to provide thought leadership and strategic financial guidance to key stakeholders and business partners\nTranslate complex financial data into clear, impactful analytics/narratives and develop strategic agenda items for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Earnings calls, and other key deliverables\nDevelop compelling and insightful thinking, integrating diverse stakeholder inputs (e.g., from the Business, CFO, Treasury, Balance Sheet, and Expense FP&A, Risk teams)\nSynthesize complex information and communicate key findings effectively to stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making\nBe able to engage with EMT members directly to act as the designated representative for the USCC CFO, addressing segment-wide issues and attending meetings at their request.\n\nSegment Finance Talent Development:Cultivate, inspire and develop finance talent, serving as an incubator for future leaders\nLead and motivate the USCC FP&A team with a focus on building skills capabilities, raising engagement and supporting the team through change\n\n End-to-End Financial Planning:Own and/or be a thought-leader in the complete production cycle for reporting, variance analysis, business forecasts, and relevant governance requirements and processes (e.g., Operating Plan, Quarterly Multi-year Multi-scenario Forecast (QMMF), CCAR, Outlooks, Weekly Financial Updates (WFU), Actuals, Earnings)\nLead and collaborate with other FP&A divisions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with CFO / LFO inputs\n\nFinance Transformation Leadership:Partner with the FP&A Transformation Leads to co-own and drive the execution of the Transformation Program\nLead the successful implementation of relevant aspects of the Finance Transformation that pertain to their functional discipline, ensuring the realization of full benefits\n\nAdvanced Analytics and Reporting:Design and deliver detailed analytics and dashboards that provide deeper insights and facilitate informed reviews that drive outcomes\nCollaborate with other Finance and Risk functions to identify, create and drive adoption of user-friendly, accurate, and relevant tools for stakeholders\n\nRisk and Control Enhancement:Lead and collaborate with the FP&A Risk & Control Lead and Finance CAO to facilitate the execution of the Risk & Control agenda, enhancing the operational effectiveness of Finance within their area of responsibility and across FP&A\nMaintain a strong control environment to safeguard assets and protect the function’s and company's reputation\n\nQualifications\n15+ years progressive FP&A experience in large, complex financial institutions\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field required;
