The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cross boarder remittance operations and for assigned projects.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsure smooth transactions of Cross Boarder Fund Transfer (CBFT) operations and prompt client service\nEnsure appropriate controls and procedures are in place\nProactively co-ordinate to close any gaps in process\nProcess FCY RTGS transactions and properly monitor relevant queue\nPerform sanctions screening of related supporting documents to identify and mitigate risk associated with the transactions.\nEnsure all Local Operating Manuals (LOMs) are properly followed and required changes/identified gaps are escalated and resolved\nEnsure timely review of LOM/Product Control Functional Checklist (PCFC) and other activity as applicable \nPartner in business value proposition to deepen client relationships\nProviding CBFT transaction related advisory support to customer after liaising with Product and RM\nEnsure timely reporting of CBFT transactions\nEnsure timely submission of all reports\nEnsure appropriate deduction of TAX/VAT and deposit to the government exchequer within timeline\nParticipate in Sanity Test/UAT test for CBFT related product processor.\nEnsure knowledge sharing initiatives among the team members.\nEnsure coordination and completion of any project/assignment given by management/seniors.\nEnsure Audit deliverables on time (Internal Audit and Bangladesh Bank Audit). \nQualifications:\n2-3 years of banking experience\nBanking diploma as applicable per regulation\nCompletion of foundation training with current bank\n Education:\nBachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience\nIn accordance with the relevant notices and circulars from the Bangladesh Banking Regulation and Policy Department (BRPD), all candidates for this role are required to fulfill all regulatory requirements, including the guidelines related to the banking professional examination and the foundational training.\nThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
