Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.\nResponsibilities:\nHigh proficiency of Capital Markets, Bloomberg, Reuters and Microsoft Office Monitor money managers performance and update monthly\nProvide high level of support to Securities Specialists including but not limited to, client market updates, new account opening and modification, documentation approval, wire transfers, journals, stock transfers, account maintenance, capital call notices, fixed income maturities, settled free cash, reorganization notices, performance reporting, Executive Financial Services requests\nBuild and maintain relationships with client base, be familiar with target clients for various investment products and offerings\nManage high call volume, screen and prioritize phone calls, take initiative with client inquiries\nDepending on business model, liaise with Private Banking Universe including Private Bankers, RO's, Investment Counselors, Securities Specialists and/or Wealth Team including Advisors, Relationship Managers, Investment Counselors\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\nQualifications:\n0-2 years relevant experience\nStrong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and time management skills\nStrong Communication Skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite\nEducation:\nBachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience\n------------------------------------------------------\nJob Family Group:\nPrivate Client Coverage------------------------------------------------------\nJob Family:\nClient Services------------------------------------------------------\nTime Type:\nFull time------------------------------------------------------\nPrimary Location:\nSan Francisco California United States------------------------------------------------------\nPrimary Location Full Time Salary Range:\n$61,280.00 - $85,520.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
