AML sets standards and uses an enterprise-wide compliance risk management approach in partnership with the business and other Global Functions to drive a strong culture of compliance and control and support the principles of Responsible Finance. AML is committed to providing sound, independent advice and excellence in execution.\nThe Compliance AML Execution Analyst is responsible for all post investigation administrative duties to include but not limited to reviewing AML Investigations and Suspicious Activity Reports (“SAR”) for accuracy and appropriate documentation, tracking the end-to-end workflow for the AML account closure recommendation process in accordance with the Global Account Closure Standard.\nWhat you’ll do:\nCreate account closure case, document recommendation, liaise with Business and track to completion.\n\nReview Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for accuracy before submission to NCA. Log SAR details on the Global SAR tracker\n\nManage the process of adding / deleting Red Flag entries for UK FIU, manage the Red Flag mailbox and respond to inquiries about RF hits.\n\nComplete and send Senior Management Notification when required.\n\nFollow-up with additional Point(s) of Contact (POC) as needed to identify additional information in support of the Senior Management Notification.\n\nComplete and send International referrals to relevant country ALMCO as required.\n\nCreate Ad hoc consent cases, liaise with business to track responses and complete DAML SAR when required.\n\nEnsure all investigations have appropriate evidence to support the case as per Investigations Standard and Quality Assurance policies.\n\nLiaise with other FIU units, Advisory, Business Compliance teams, CSIS, FIU Legal, GFCII, and AML Legal.\n\nWhat we’ll need from you:\nExperience of active involvement in Business Projects, including providing summaries / updates to project leads\n\nBasic Knowledge of AML regulations preferred\n\nProficient in MS Office - excel essential\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nDemonstrated analytical skills\n\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\n\nBachelor’s/Universitydegree or equivalent experience preferred but working track record will be taken into account.\n\nWhat we can offer you:\nWe work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
