Employees in this role also assist in closing deals across all products, oversee and ensure safe and sound underwriting/credit practices and overall leadership of a sound lending activity.\nResponsibilities:\nAssume informal/formal mentorship role within teams, coach/train new recruits and advise/counsel others in area of specialization\nProvide sales assistance by designing and implementing process improvements\nSupport new products, promotions, and projects defined by the business\nReview and provide training material to sales and operations\nSupport sales activities for high profile clients\nProvide administrative assistance for sales management teams\nEnsure sales team compliance with local regulations\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\nQualifications:\n5-8 years of relevant experience\nRequired Licensing: Series 7\nWorking knowledge of related industry practices and standards\nConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience\nThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
