The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of support services to Citi clients and to assist team in meeting sales targets.\nResponsibilities:\nConduct performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members\nService existing accounts and establish new accounts at designated location or assigned geographical coverage advice and product information to Citi clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits\nIdentify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products\nAchieve or exceed decided sales targets\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.\nQualifications:\nPrevious relevant experience preferred\nExperience in financial sales, customer service and management required\nProficient computer skills\nProactive leadership and motivational skills\nConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication\nCreative problem solving and decision-making skills\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience\nFunciones:\nGestionar equipo de asesores en área comercial de AFORE.\n\nNegociar y ejecutar estrategias con socios comerciales internos y clientes externos.\n\nGarantizar
