Additionally, the Ops Support Assistant 4 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients. The role requires a strong understanding of banking operations, risk and controls, quality review processes, and attention to detail to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist unit manager by providing guidance to all levels of staff regarding processes and operating procedures\nCoordinate team efforts to ensure the efficiency of quality, timeliness, and general operation to maintain workflow of the department\nInteract with internal departments and external clients to resolve issues and concerns\nMonitor \"In process\" work to meet business and quality standards\nPerform quality checks and reviews to ensure adherence to established procedures, controls, and service level agreements\nIdentify process gaps, control weaknesses, and operational risks, and escalate concerns appropriately\nAssist in making decisions within established procedures that balance the needs of the employee, company, and customer\nSupport an expansive array of products and services and serve as the team subject matter expert\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency\nQualifications:\n1-3 years of relevant experience\nExperience in Banking Operations, preferably US Banking Operations\nExperience in Quality Checking (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), or process review activities preferred\nUnderstanding of operational controls, risk management, and compliance requirements\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, process gaps, and exceptions \nProficient computer skills\nAbility to adapt to new technology quickly and seamlessly\nConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills\nFlexible to work in night shift\nEducation:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\n#LI-SG6\n------------------------------------------------------\nJob Family Group:\nOperations -
