Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.\nResponsibilities:\nPartners with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals.\nEngages in implementing test strategies, developing campaign schedules, BAU auditing, and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues.\nAssesses for impacts and potential need for additional testing to ensure overall channel integrity.\nCollaborate with business partners to execute campaigns/initiatives that drive acquisitions growth and greater customer engagement.\nIdentify and manage issues to resolution.\nAssist with monthly budget reconciliation and marketing invoice processing to ensure proper vendor execution.\nManage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns.\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\nQualifications:\n5-8 years’ experience\nRequires attention to detail, excellent project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.\nCreative problem solving and sense of ownership.\nSolid communication, presentation and project management skills.\nAbility to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.\nRequired Licensing/Registration: Series 7, Series 63\nEducation:\nBachelors/University degree or equivalent experience\nThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
