You also get the opportunity to work with the best minds and top leaders in the analytics space.\nWhat the Role Is\nWe are hiring for the position of Officer - Data Management / Business Analyst2 C10 role within Citi’s AIM Wealth Data Strategy team, based in Chennai India. In this role, you will contribute to the design and implementation of enterprise data solutions that enable consistent reporting, analytics, and business insights across Wealth. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, data modelers, and technology teams to understand business requirements, identify and analyze source data, define mapping specifications, support Unified Data Model (UDM) development, and validate delivered data assets. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale strategic data initiatives while gaining exposure to enterprise data architecture, governance, and modern data platforms.\nKey Responsibilities: Below are the high level job responsibilities.\nBusiness Requirement Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting, analytics and data requirements.\nData Sourcing and Exploration: Identify relevant source systems, files, tables and attributes required to support business use cases.\nData Quality and Governance: Support identification of Critical Data Elements and relevant data quality rules. Assist with data classification, lineage, metadata and governance documentation.\nTesting and Validation: Perform UAT and validate delivered tables, attributes, relationships and transformation logic.
