This includes the development of tools that aim for as much transparency and accessibility as possible, empowering the business.\nWithin Counterparty Trading & Risk, the Markets Capital Advancement team is the central team that drives and oversees execution and management of capital initiatives.\nPrimary Responsibilities of the Role\nProvide data-driven analysis and insights to product desks and key business partners to support informed decision-making.\nConduct strategic and complex data analysis, identifying key trends, insights and business implications, and translating findings into actionable recommendations\nAnalyse and interpret data across multiple platforms and data sources to identify optimisation opportunities and continuously improve data quality.\nPartner with users and clients to assess and resolve complex system and process-related issues, evaluating business processes, systems and industry standards to recommend effective solutions.\nAct as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Technology, ensuring clear and effective communication of complex requirements, challenges and solutions.\nDemonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills when working across diverse teams and seniority levels.\nThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
