The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport the delivery of Global Reconciliations technology initiatives and partner with business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and vendor organizations to achieve project objectives.\nApply subject matter expertise in reconciliations and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions.\nDemonstrate hands-on experience building and supporting Cash, Securities, Internal, and Inter-System Reconciliation solutions.\nLeverage knowledge of financial services and business processes to identify and implement effective technology solutions.\nWork with industry-standard reconciliation platforms including SmartStream TLM Premium/TLM Recs, Recon Frontier, and Intellimatch.\nUtilize strong technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, Linux, and data analytics/reporting tools to support solution delivery and issue resolution.\nParticipate in application support, production releases, and process improvement initiatives using tools such as JIRA, DevOps, AutoSys, and Microsoft Office.\nContribute to project planning, requirements analysis, testing, implementation, and stakeholder communication activities.\nOperate within Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and support continuous improvement practices.\nDemonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.\nRecommended Qualifications:\n4+ years of relevant experience\n3+ years’ experience in managing and implementing successful projects\n3+ years’ experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL experience: analytical queries, stored procedures, packages, bulk-data processing, query tuning, and execution-plan analysis.\n3+ year experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting experience: batch processing, file handling, scheduling, monitoring, logging, error handling, and recovery.\nExperience designing, configuring, testing, and optimizing TLM match rules across all applicable matching types.\nPrior experience with TLM WebConnect, TLM View, and TLM Control Process Designer, including custom control-process development.\nStrong knowledge of TLM backend tables, data structures, and end-to-end data tracing.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience\nThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
