and automated rollback mechanisms.\nApplication Lifecycle & Developer Enablement (Java & Spring Boot)\nCollaborate closely with software engineering teams to optimize the build, packaging, and runtime configuration of Java and Spring Boot applications.\nTroubleshoot build lifecycle issues, dependency management conflicts (Maven/Gradle), JVM runtime configurations, and microservice container deployment bottlenecks.\nChampion standard DevOps practices and guide development teams in building cloud-native, observable, and easily deployable applications.\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC) & Container Orchestration\nProvision, configure, and maintain scalable infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) frameworks (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).\nManage and support containerized workloads on orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes / OpenShift.\nAuthor and maintain Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, and container configurations adhering to enterprise standards.\nDevSecOps, Governance & Compliance\nEmbed security controls and automated vulnerability/code scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube, Snyk, Checkmarx) directly into the deployment pipelines.\nEnsure strict adherence to change management, release governance, audit compliance, and access management policies.\nAppropriately assess risk when technical and operational decisions are made, safeguarding organizational data and systems by driving compliance with applicable enterprise standards, laws, and policies.\nMonitoring, Observability & Reliability\nImplement comprehensive monitoring, centralized logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk/ELK) to ensure platform health and application performance.\nParticipate in incident management, technical troubleshooting, root-cause analyses (RCA), and production issue resolution.\nRecommended Qualifications\nProfessional Experience\n9-12years of relevant technology experience with a proven track record in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or build/release automation.\nDemonstrated experience building and operating enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.\nTechnical & Engineering Skills\nJava & Framework Knowledge (Preferred): Practical understanding of Java (8/11/17+) and Spring Boot ecosystems, including build tools (Maven, Gradle), multi-module builds, dependency management, and JVM performance basics.\nContainerization & Orchestration: Strong hands-on experience with Docker/Podman and Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift.\nCI/CD Platforms: Proficiency with pipeline tools (e.g., Jenkins, Tekton, Harness, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions).\nInfrastructure as Code & Configuration Management: Proven experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.\nScripting & Automation: Strong scripting proficiency in Bash/Shell, Python, or Groovy.\nObservability: Experience configuring and working with monitoring and logging platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace,
