The platform has evolved beyond Interest Rate Transfer Pricing to support Financing Benchmark Rates Distribution, Standard Pool, and additional Treasury initiatives, with continued growth planned across multiple business capabilities and regions.\nThe DevOps Intmd Analyst (C11) will support day-to-day DevOps operations, release execution, environment management, and DevSecOps activities across the CitiFTP platform. The role will work closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Production Support teams to ensure stable, secure, and efficient software delivery while maintaining strong operational controls.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevOps Operations & Environment Support\nSupport day-to-day DevOps activities across development, test, UAT, and production environments.\nMonitor platform health and assist in troubleshooting environment and deployment issues.\nSupport operational activities, incident resolution, and environment readiness for application releases.\nParticipate in production support and release implementation activities as required.\nRelease Management & Deployment\nCoordinate and execute application deployments across multiple environments.\nSupport release planning, implementation validation, and post-release verification activities.\nWork with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Support teams to manage release dependencies and deployment schedules.\nContribute to CI/CD process improvements and deployment automation initiatives.\nDevSecOps, Risk & Compliance\nSupport vulnerability remediation programs, including CVM, Snyk, EVOS, CAMP, and other technology control initiatives.\nTrack and report on security findings, audit actions, and compliance commitments.\nAssist with remediation of EOL/EOS technology components and risk reduction activities.\nEnsure adherence to Citi technology standards, release controls, and governance requirements.\nAutomation & Continuous Improvement\nSupport automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and deployment reliability.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce manual processes through scripting and tooling enhancements.\nAssist in maintaining monitoring, alerting, and operational reporting capabilities.\nParticipate in continuous improvement efforts across the DevOps lifecycle.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nPartner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Production Support, Security, and Treasury teams to support platform objectives.\nCommunicate release status, operational issues, and remediation progress to stakeholders.\nCollaborate with global teams across NAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure consistent execution and operational excellence.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.\n3-5 years of experience in DevOps, Application Support, Release Management, Production Support, or Technology Operations.\nExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Harness, Tekton, GitHub Actions, or similar technologies.\nKnowledge of Linux/Unix environments and scripting.\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), release management, and change management processes.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or container-based platforms.\nExperience supporting vulnerability remediation and DevSecOps initiatives.\nFamiliarity with Snyk, CVM, EVOS, CAMP, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.\nKnowledge of
