This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal clients to deliver exceptional results.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and enhance workflow-based automation solutions using Python\nImplement production changes based on detailed business requirements\nApply and advocate for coding best practices, driving continuous improvements\nBuild a solid understanding of deployment lifecycle, infrastructure concepts, and CI/CD processes\nProvide support to resolve workflow execution issues requiring development expertise\nCollaborate closely with business and technology partners to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions\nStay open to learning and adopting new technologies specific to the Regulatory Reporting space\nRequired Skills:\n2-4 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software programming\nSolid development background in Python\nUnderstanding Linux concepts and shell scripting\nAbility to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes\nStrong documentation and technical writing skills\nAbility to work independently while following specifications and maintaining documentation discipline\nTeam-player mindset with flexibility to support teammates or take on non-development tasks when needed\nOptional Skills:\nHands-on experience with KNIME or other workflow-automation / low-code platforms\nExperience working in a regulated or controlled environment\nFamiliarity with Financial Reporting processes\nConfident in working with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow\nKnowledge of data processing, ETL patterns, or analytics pipelines\nLiteracy in AI development tools or frameworks (e.g., small personal AI projects, experimenting with LLMs, using local or cloud-based AI tooling).
