This role drives talent strategy, performance management, career development, engagement, promotion decisions, manager capability, and employee relations initiatives while partnering closely with senior business leaders, HR partners, and functional stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerformance Management & Talent Strategy\nLead end-to-end performance management and compensation processes for assigned Banking franchises, providing guidance to senior stakeholders on ratings, calibration, talent differentiation, and year-end outcomes.\nPartner with business leaders, HRBPs, and specialists to drive talent reviews, promotion decisions, and workforce planning discussions.\nOversee Analyst-to-Associate and Associate-to-VP promotion processes, ensuring consistent application of talent standards and governance across populations.\nDeliver talent insights, reporting, and recommendations to inform business decision-making and talent strategy.\nCareer Development & Mobility\nServe as a trusted advisor to Analysts and Associates on career development, progression, and internal mobility opportunities.\nLead mobility and rotation programs, partnering with business leaders, Recruiting, and Compensation to align opportunities with business and talent needs.\nDrive initiatives that enhance employee development, retention, and long-term career growth.\nEmployee Experience & Engagement\nLead the overall Analyst and Associate employee experience strategy for assigned client groups.\nUtilize engagement data, employee feedback, roadshows, and talent insights to identify trends and recommend actions to improve the employee experience.\nManage key talent touchpoints, including onboarding, immersion, career conversations, and exit processes.\nDevelop and implement engagement initiatives that strengthen connectivity, retention, and development across early career populations.\nManager Capability & Talent Leadership\nAct as a strategic partner to managers, staffers, and senior leaders, providing guidance on performance management, coaching, talent development, succession planning, and employee experience.\nInfluence and drive adoption of best practices for managing and developing junior talent.\nLead talent-related communications, stakeholder engagement, and change management initiatives across the business.\nEmployee Relations & Risk Management\nPartner with HR Advisors, Employee Relations, Legal, and business leaders to assess and resolve complex employee relations matters.\nProvide guidance on people-related risk, policy interpretation, and employee concerns while ensuring consistent and appropriate outcomes.\nIdentify emerging talent risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.\nLearning & Development\nPartner with Early Career Learning teams to shape and execute development programs that support business priorities and employee growth.\nInfluence learning strategy and identify opportunities to enhance curriculum, onboarding, and leadership development experiences.\nImmigration & Workforce Planning\nPartner with Immigration, Recruiting, and business leaders to manage sponsorship and visa processes for junior bankers.\nSupport workforce planning activities and ensure appropriate governance for impacted populations.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree required.\nTypically 5-7 years of experience in HR, talent management, program management, campus recruiting, employee development, or a related field.\nDemonstrated ability to lead large-scale talent programs and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.\nStrong consulting, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience supporting senior leaders.\nProven ability to analyze complex talent data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.\nExceptional communication, presentation, and executive-facing skills.\nStrong project and program management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience developing executive presentations and talent reporting.\nAbility to operate independently, exercise judgment, and drive outcomes with minimal oversight.\n------------------------------------------------------\nJob Family Group:\nProject and Program Management------------------------------------------------------\nJob Family:\nProgram Management------------------------------------------------------\nTime Type:\nFull time------------------------------------------------------\nPrimary Location:\nNew York New York United States------------------------------------------------------\nPrimary Location Full Time Salary Range:\n$129,840.00 - $194,760.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
