processes.\nPerform code reviews, contributing to the overall quality, maintainability, and testability of developed software.\nWork independently while collaborating closely with team members and across projects.\nCoordinate deployment, testing, and release of developed applications.\nAssist with L3 escalations.\nKnowledge/Experience:\n5+ years of software development experience in a corporate environment.\nKnowledge and experience working with agile methodologies like Scrum.\nUnderstanding of Git and common source control patterns.\nProficiency in code quality measurement tools (e.g., Sonar) and implementing efficient test pyramids.\nExperience designing high-quality solutions using OOP, TDD/BDD, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.\nExperience designing and building APIs, integrating with modern web applications.\nWorking experience in a global environment, collaborating with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients across different locations and time zones.\nTechnical Skills:\nAbility to work with agentic AI solutions.\nAdvanced knowledge of Java 8+, Core Java, and Spring.\nStrong understanding of design patterns, data structures, concurrency, and algorithms.\nProficiency in SQL and experience with at least one relational database (preferably Sybase or MS-SQL).\nExpertise in REST API principles and messaging systems.\nExcellent debugging and testing skills.\nAbility to set up and work with CI/CD toolchains.\nQualification:\n Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related
