The individual will partner with coverage and sales teams to drive business growth of priority client accounts.\nResponsibilities:\nWork directly with clients and internal stakeholders (MQA, Product, Sales Coverage) to implement customized algorithmic trading solutions.\nProviding Algo Execution & Liquidity product (Citi Smart algos, Dark pool, Central risk book, Swap Internalization) performance analysis and research to top 50 clients across Cash & Prime.\nDesign, implement, and optimize trading solutions that directly contribute to improving Citi’s execution performance, resulting in better ranking in broker review, thereby driving monetization across execution channels.\nContent publication on important Equity Trading related topics to engage & capture client mind share and improve marketing of Citi’s execution products\nDevelop execution consulting analytics and models. Use available toolkit and product to deliver client requests as well as assist to create new product development.\nDevelop relationship with client traders and quant decision makers to understand client execution needs and deepen the business partnership.\nApply the above-mentioned skill sets and expertise to support the requirements gathering, data analysis, and idea presentation needed to support successful client Algo Wheel implementations.\nQualifications & Skills:\n10+ years of experience\nGood balance of technical and quantitative skills as well as client engagement experience\nIn-depth knowledge of equity trading, trading strategies, APAC markets and market issues\nIn-depth knowledge of algorithmic trading, liquidity venues and market microstructure\nKnowledge of common client trading problem sets, industry benchmarks, Algo Wheel implementations, and trends in Electronic Trading\nKnowledge of Machine learning methodologies, including clustering techniques, factor modeling, and Advanced Statistics.\nProven client relationships and institutional client-specific knowledge\nConsistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication\nProven negotiation and persuasion skills and fluency in additional languages preferred\nCoding/Technical skills -
