The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.\nResponsibilities:\nConduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, model development, and establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs to meet specific business needs or user areas\nMonitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users\nUtilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, provide evaluation of business process, system process, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgement\nRecommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality\nConsult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install and assist customer exposure systems\nEnsure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes\nServe as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts\nHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. \nCan exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. \nActs as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\nRecommended Qualifications:\n9 years of relevant experience in Full stack & Java , J2ee \nExperience in systems analysis and programming of software applications\nExperience in managing and implementing successful projects\nWorking knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods\nAbility to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements\nTechnical / Functional Proficiency:\nMin 8+ Years of JAVA, J2EE Development experience including 5+ years of exposure in using RDBMS such as Oracle, Java and MicroService, JSON, XML\nHands on in programming in J2EE technologies such as JDK 1.6, JSP,DWR, Struts 2.3, Spring Framework, AJAX\nStrong experience in Cloud development stack - PaaS (OpenShift/Cloud Foundry) & Docker\nHands-on experience in UX technologies like AngularJS\nDelivered solutions powered by DevOps & Agile\nShould be an expert in Java Script development.\nShould have involved in production defect analysis\nGood Exposure to JQuery Easy UI, HTML 5.0, AJAX\nWorking exposure to deliver quality product using BDD/Junit/Functional Automation etc.\nLeadership Skills:\nExcellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task\nDemonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quickly\nExcellent communication skills.
