solutions.\nArchitect event-driven systems using Kafka, Solace, and distributed caching technologies.\nEstablish engineering standards, SDLC best practices, observability, resiliency, and security controls.\nCollaborate with Architecture, Product, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams globally.\nLead technical reviews, solution governance, and critical production issue management.\nMentor engineers and provide technical leadership across multiple teams.\nRequired Qualifications\nSoftware engineering experience with strong expertise in enterprise application architecture.\nProven experience leading large-scale technology initiatives and distributed engineering teams.\nTechnical Expertise\nJava 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices\nAngular and/or React\nREST APIs and Event-Driven Architecture\nKafka, Solace, Redis, Hazelcast\nOracle, MongoDB, Snowflake\nDatabricks, Spark, Data Engineering concepts\nAzure and/or AWS Cloud Platforms\nDocker, Kubernetes,
