Application Design & Full Stack Engineering\nArchitect, implement, and maintain responsive, high-performance customer-facing web and mobile applications.\nDevelop clean, modular, and reusable front-end components using Angular or React along with modern CSS/HTML frameworks.\nBuild resilient, scalable, and loosely-coupled backend services using Java and SpringBoot microservices.\nDesign, build, and maintain robust RESTful APIs, asynchronous event streams, and database integrations.\n2. Quality Assurance & Test Automation\nDrive quality engineering by authoring and maintaining automated unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) test scripts.\nDevelop comprehensive test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, JUnit, Mockito, or Jest.\nPerform actual hands-on functional, regression, API, and performance testing across staging and production-like environments.\nPartner with Quality Assurance (QA) and DevOps teams to integrate automated test suites directly into CI/CD release pipelines.\n3. Security & Defensive Engineering\nPractice secure and defensive coding by default across all layers of the architecture.\nProactively identify, prevent, and remediate security vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10, CWEs, injection vectors, broken access controls).\nImplement enterprise-grade authentication/authorization (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT), data sanitization, and secure communication protocols.\n4. Observability, Debugging & Operational Support\nUtilize Splunk, distributed tracing, and APM tools to monitor system health, analyze performance bottlenecks, and rapidly troubleshoot production incidents.\nSupport scheduled weekend production deployment windows and participate in rotational release validations.\nConduct thorough post-deployment verifications, root cause analyses, and operational runbook enhancements.\n5. Collaboration & Team Culture\nCollaborate effectively with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, QA Analysts, and Solutions Architects in an Agile/Scrum environment.\nChampion code reviews, mentoring, and technical knowledge sharing.\nFoster an inclusive, high-trust environment with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.\nQualifications:\n2-5 years in an Apps Development role.
