The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.\nResponsibilities:\nUtilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements, including using script tools andanalyzing/interpretingcode\n\nConsult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems\n\nApply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications.\n\nAnalyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging\n\nServe as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts\n\nIdentify problems, analyze information, and make evaluative judgements to recommend and implement solutions\n\nResolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions through the applications of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents\n\nHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.\n\nCan exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.\n\nActs as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.\n\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to gather requirements, brainstorm solutions, and deliver high-quality software.\n\nWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code.\n\nConduct code reviews and participate in peer programming to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.\n\nTroubleshoot and debug software issues, identifying and resolving bugs effectively.\n\nStay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in full-stack development.\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and best practices.\n\nQualifications:\n6+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry withFull Stack experience\n\nExperience in software engineering with following technologies:Java, Springboot, React, AngularJS, SQL Queries, Python\n\nExpertise in AngularJS/React for front-end development.\n\nDesign, develop, and implement scalable and maintainable web applications using React/AngularJS, Spring Boot, and SQL.\n\nProficiency in Spring Boot for building robust and scalable backend systems.\n\nStrong SQL skills for database design, querying, and optimization.\n\nExperience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.\n\nHands-on experience using Google's AI Development Kit (ADK) for building and deploying AI-powered applications.\n\nProven experience with AI-driven coding assistants like Claude Code for generating, debugging, and optimizing code.\n\nPractical experience with agent.MD or similar frameworks for creating and managing autonomous software agents.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\n\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience\n\nMaster’s degree preferred\n\nThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
