The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide SME support and assist in answering any client queries with respect to applications' core capabilities.\nThe candidate will work with our business partners and analysts to understand the operational processes, to help translate the business requirements to technical design, develop solutions and deliver high quality code.\nThe developer is expected to be a Senior Development Member of the team with strong Java back-end experience as well as having proven ability in how to approach, design and build enterprise-level solutions who is also ready to step up to the next level and assume some leadership responsibilities. \nMust have architecture experience in building horizontally scalable, highly available, highly resilient, and low latency applications.\nMust have Cloud infrastructure both on-premises and public cloud (i.e., OpenShift, AWS, etc.) \nMust have event-driven design and architecture (i.e., FullStack Developer who is expect in Python, ORAAS, React,.etc.) \nThe candidate will have a strong background of Python, Java, Maven, Spring Framework, Strong RDBMS etc.\nExperience in Unix / Linux (Commands is must, at least basic knowledge in scripts)\nExperience with Advanced REST Client or similar.\nAbility to work in a high-pressure environment and meet delivery timelines with a high degree of client satisfaction is critical.\nMonitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business user.\nRecommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality.\nConsult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install and assist customer exposure systems.\nEnsure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes.\nServe as advisor or coach to new or lower-level Programmers.\nHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.\nCan exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.\nActs as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. \n Qualifications & required Skills: (FullStack Developer)\nMin 4+ years of experience with at least 2-3 yrs exp in Python & Java.\nExperience in systems analysis and programming of software applications\nExperience in managing and implementing successful projects.\nWorking knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods\nAbility to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.\nGood understanding of Micro Services Architecture, SQL, and database understanding.\nGood analytical and programming capabilities.\nGood knowledge of SQL in the context of a major RDBMS.\nComfortable working with XML parsing (including schemas), JSON and third-party libraries.\nWell versed with design standards & frameworks, experience in working on multiple technologies. \nQuick learner of new tools and technologies.
