The overall objective of this role is to assist in the calculation of daily and periodic Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) for funds and the distribution of associated unit prices.\nResponsibilities:\nPerforming & Review Cash & Position Reconciliation of Funds.\n\nDaily Income/Expense files processing based at fund level.\n\nValidate exceptions in workflow exception management (WEM) or p-Control or EMS\n\nPerform trade pushing/accounting based on the feeds received from trades team and ensure all trades are pushed and accounted.\n\nProcessing of high value transactions in the system - Capital and Sweep Bookings.\n\nCoordinate with Custodians for pending breaks and participate in Custodian call to discuss status of aged breaks.\n\nWork with team leaders in resolution of client inquiries\n\nProvide process improvement suggestions or contribute towards controls to be implemented to have a risk free process.\n\nBecome a trusted source for FA operations to rely upon.\n\nFlexible working hours as per business and organizational requirement.\n\nSkills Required: - \nExcellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skill\nSound accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting practices\nGood knowledge of all security types, trade life cycle, corporate actions and its impact on portfolio.\nExposure to MultiFonds, Invest One Enterprise, EMS, pControl, TLM application will be an added advantage..\nGood understanding of Capital Markets, Derivative Instruments, Custodians, Brokers.\nWork and time management should go hand in hand and needs to have eye for detail.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration is preferred.\n7-9 years Fund Accounting experience\nGood knowledge of Microsoft office products\nWorking Hours:\nCandidate will be required to work in Night shift as per business requirement\n------------------------------------------------------\nJob Family Group:\nOperations -
