This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, innovation, and enterprise adoption, partnering with startups, technology vendors, and internal stakeholders to develop cutting-edge AI capabilities and accelerate the delivery of business value. \nWe are seeking a Generative AI Software Engineer with expertise in modern AI technologies and a passion for building AI-first product experiences. The role is hands-on development role to join existing engineering team based out US, UK and India. The candidate will be joining an existing global team of strategy analysts, project/product managers and engineers.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign and build LLM-powered AI agents that automate and streamline AI Strategy workflows end-to-end\nBuild rapid proofs of concept (PoCs), prototypes, and production-ready solutions to validate emerging technologies and business use cases.\nDevelop scalable APIs, microservices, and backend services that integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.\nBuild high-quality, reliable products with user experience at the center\nContribute to the evolution of the core AI Strategy platforms - architecture, performance, and reliability\nMaintain strong engineering discipline: clean architecture,, performance optimization, testing, and documentation\nWhat You Bring\n7+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications and platforms.\nFull-Stack Development Fluency in at least two programming languages, with strong preference for Python, JavaScript/TypeScript. Ability to build and own end-to-end features across backend services and user-facing interfaces.\nStrong proficiency in Python and modern AI development frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, and LangGraph.\nHands-on experience building Generative AI applications using proprietary and open-weight LLMs.\nDeep understanding of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, model evaluation, and AI application design patterns.\nCloud-Native & Container Orchestration Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift. Proven ability to design and deploy scalable, resilient microservices in containerized environments.\nData & Persistence Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL platforms (MongoDB), as well as cloud data warehousing with Snowflake. Ability to design appropriate data models for AI-driven applications, including vector stores and knowledge bases.\nEngineering Discipline Strong commitment to clean architecture, test coverage, documentation, and adherence to engineering standards. Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments is a plus.\nPreferred but not must -\nExperience with AI observability platforms, LLM evaluation frameworks, and software development agents.\nFamiliarity with AI governance, model risk management, data privacy, and security requirements in regulated environments.\nExperience evaluating third-party AI platforms, startup
