involved in both internal and external negotiations which will have a major impact on the area managed and possibly on other related\nareas and the organization.\nDevelop an efficient target operating model and multiyear roadmap in conjunction with operations and Product to enable business growth, support scale and de-risk the environment\nDrive competitive advantage by further improving Client Experience through client coverage and shortened client cycle times, including expanding digital on-boarding and speed of client inquiry resolution\nDeliver on all transformation and consent order goals and targets in accordance with commitments to our various regulators\nEstablish robust management governance processes to manage the health of the organization, as evidenced by the metrics tracked in the 4 pillars of the Corporate Scorecard (Financial, Leadership, Client/Franchise, Risk & Controls)\nStrengthen the regulatory relationship through focused execution of key regulatory programs (e.g. data, operational resiliency, consent order) and timely closure of Issues/Issues/CAPs/MRAs/BSER breaks\nLead strong team effectiveness strategies focused on core skill building and performance management, to develop, retain and promote top talent\nFoster an inclusive, diverse and ethical organization\nDevelopment value:\nSenior role within TTS Technology and the TTS Business\nHighly visible strategic leadership role with senior level contact across the TTS organization\nManagement of multiple major strategic projects with significant investment spend and business dependencies\nPerson specification:\nKnowledge/ experience:\nSignificant experience in technology leadership for Financial Services preferably in Transaction Banking\nDemonstrated skills in developing and executing Target State Architecture and designs strategies in technology transformation programs\nEstablished and built trust with professionals throughout the business and IT as a leader, an advisor and a business partner to the organization with a clear customer orientation.\nDemonstrate deep technical expertise and business knowledge and be known within the industry for their experience and track record.\nDemonstrate progression from a highly technical background, with deep knowledge of software development process and practices along with deep knowledge of architecture, complex systems and other key technology areas.\n It is also vitally important that this individual can balance the need to provide world class technology solutions with the ability to tightly manage costs and ensure clear value and return on any investments\nA strong awareness of both external and internal best practice perspectives, maintaining a balanced and fresh viewpoint.\nSignificant energy and ability to function in an intense environment demonstrating initiative and operating with an “owner-minded” attitude.\nA result driven manner, determined to achieve agreed goals, demonstrating significant decision-making capacity.\nAbility to conceptualize aspects of the organization’s model and its future development.\nProven ability to establish and maintain business partnerships and client relationships\nExperience analyzing client requirements and developing strategic, cost-effective solutions\nPossesses expert level of knowledge in communications and proven success interacting with senior management both in the business, and corporate functions as well as the Operations, Business and Technology environments\nExperience in financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting\nExperience in performing complex problem solving and business trade off decision analysis\nDemonstrated people leadership / management\nSkills:\nEnergetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive;
