The overall objective of this role is to process trades for a trading book and achieve revenue targets.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist with a trading book and generate revenues and manage risk for the respective business\nCoordinate with Sales, Research, CMand other organizations across Markets and Securities Services and the broader business\nTrade a book and deliver budgeted revenues\nEstablish key relationships to deliver trades to the desk\nAnticipate client demand in respective product/market\nCoordinate with desk analysts as needed and with sales to develop the franchise\nLeading strong governance and controls:\nWork in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure\nBuild a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics\nAppropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; demonstrating proper consideration for the firm’s reputation.\nBe familiar with and adhere to Citi’s Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services\nAdhere to all policies and procedures as defined by your role which will be communicated to you\nObtain and maintain all registrations/licenses which are required for your role, within the appropriate timeframe\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\nQualifications:\n2-5 years of experience in a related role\nKnowledge of respective products and clients\nRequired licensing and registrations as applicable\nExceptional analytical and numerical competency\nConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication\nEffective interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders\nAbility to analyze and pitch situations and determine suitable counterparties\nKnowledge of Bloomberg, booking systems, trading protocol, closing
