This is an excellent opportunity in program and project management, governance, and process improvement within the Technology or Financial industry. In this fast-paced environment, you will prioritize tasks, work collaboratively, and support critical reporting and tracking of Project Management standards. You will be a key player in ensuring our projects adhere to the highest standards of quality and compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with global PMOs and other teams to support adherence to Project Management standards. \nAssist in analyzing scorecards and project management data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement. \nSupport the facilitation and organization of global meetings by preparing materials, taking minutes, and tracking action items. \nHelp prepare and provide evidence of compliance for internal reviews and audits. \nProduce detailed documentation based on conclusions drawn from governance oversight activities. \nContribute to the identification of opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency. \nFormally document new and existing processes to ensure alignment with enterprise expectations. \nLearn and apply risk assessment principles in all business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. \nDemand/Intake Governance: Data quality governance of elements impacting Investment Request during demand/intake process. \nCollaborate with stakeholders to refine and clearly document desired project outcomes and success metrics. \nSupport Project Managers in the process of linking approved Investment Requests to formal Work Efforts (WEs), a critical step in moving projects to a \"committed\" and funded state. \nGuidance on Investment Request processes and ensuring adherence to established guidelines. \nQualifications & Experience\n8 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, process improvement, or a related field. \nStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with an ability to work effectively in a team setting. \nExcellent organizational, time management, and presentation skills. \nKeen attention to detail and the ability to maintain well-organized records. \nStrong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven and results-oriented approach. \nBased understanding of financials and benefit identification and tracking. \nDemonstrated ability to work on assigned tasks with minimal supervision and manage concurrent deliverables. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis), is required. \nExperience with Investment@Citi, PTS, and Project Management methodologies is preferred. \nUnderstanding and experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and applications is a plus. \nIdentify and communicate at risk or emerging themes related to the PMO and recommend controls to prevent future issues. \nExperience in facilitating meetings \nEducation\nBachelor’s/University degree is required. \nLean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodology experience is a plus. \nCAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification is preferred but not required. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.\nRelationship Manager providing governance, advisory, and PMO support for assigned Lines of Business (LOBs) or Enterprise Work Effort to ensure adherence to project management standards, operational controls, and regulatory expectations. Monitor project health through scorecards and dashboards, proactively identify risks and trends, and drive timely resolution of issues. Support process adoption, deliver guidance to work effort teams, and maintain strong execution against organizational commitments and deadlines. Contribute to continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for project management tools, foster knowledge sharing across teams, and support PM support operations to deliver timely, high-quality service.
