Supports resource planning, prioritization, and execution activities while providing guidance to team members and promoting adherence to governance and control requirements.\nResponsibilities:\nProvides leadership for technology projects and programs, including developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reporting.\nSupports budget planning, resource allocation, and prioritization activities to meet project and business objectives.\nEvaluates business and system processes to identify improvement opportunities and support effective solution delivery.\nApplies advanced project management knowledge and experience to drive project execution and achieve delivery goals.\nDemonstrates a strong understanding of client and business functions and their technology support needs.\nPartners with business and technology stakeholders to support project objectives, manage dependencies, and resolve issues.\nCommunicates and collaborates effectively with stakeholders across functions and, where appropriate, external partners.\nUtilizes knowledge of multiple technology disciplines to support project and program objectives.\nSupports resource management and workload prioritization while providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members.\nPerforms analysis to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical solutions to complex challenges.\nAppropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\nQualifications :\n6 + years of experience in technology project or program management, with demonstrated success delivering complex initiatives.\nProven ability to solve complex challenges, remove barriers, and drive projects to successful completion.\nExcellent Microsoft Office skills, including strong PowerPoint presentation capabilities.\nExtensive experience utilizing project management tools and methodologies.\nExperience facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.\nExperience monitoring project and sprint progress and ensuring delivery commitments are met.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to build effective relationships across functions, regions, and levels of management.\n\nKnowledge / Experience:\nProject and program management experience supporting the delivery of high-value technology initiatives.\nThorough understanding of project and program management methodologies and best practices.\nExperience managing projects or programs involving multiple teams and disciplines.\nAbility to organize and prioritize critical issues and information to support efficient decision-making.\nAbility to develop project plans and manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.\nKnowledge of project metrics, reporting, trend analysis, and performance tracking.\nAbility to identify issues, analyze root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree\nThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
