Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with development, product, and QA teams to understand project requirements and define comprehensive test strategies.\nDesign, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver in Java.\nDesign, write, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured manual test plans and test cases.\nPerform thorough manual functional, integration, system, and regression testing.\nConduct exploratory testing to uncover defects and usability issues not covered by formal test cases.\nImplement and maintain test automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model, TestNG/JUnit, Cucumber BDD) to ensure efficient and organized testing.\nExecute automated tests, analyze results, and identify defects, working closely with development teams for resolution.\nIntegrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) to support agile development practices.\nPerform various types of testing, including functional, regression, smoke, sanity and integration testing, leveraging automation where appropriate.\nConduct API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger to validate backend services.\nPerform database validation by writing and executing SQL queries to ensure data integrity.\nParticipate in code reviews of test automation scripts to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.\nProvide clear and concise reporting on test progress, defect status, and overall product quality to stakeholders.\nContinuously research and implement new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.\nContribute to the improvement of overall software quality processes and practices within the team.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation.\nProficient in designing and developing automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.\nStrong programming skills in at least one object-oriented language (e.g., Java, Python, C#).\nExperience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, Pytest, NUnit, or similar.\nSolid understanding and practical experience with the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern.\nDesign, write, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured manual test plans and test cases.\nPerform thorough manual functional, integration, system, and regression testing.\nConduct exploratory testing to uncover defects and usability issues not covered by formal test cases.\nFamiliarity with version control systems, particularly Git.\nExperience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.\nKnowledge of SQL for database validation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in an agile environment.\nPreferred Skills & Experience:\nExperience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks like Cucumber.\nKnowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).\nExperience with security testing concepts and tools.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).\nUnderstanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).\nRelevant certifications in Quality Assurance or test automation.\nExperience with mobile application test automation.\nEducation & Certifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science,
