Proven track record in developing and optimizing multithreaded, high-throughput applications.\nDatabase Expertise: In-depth experience with SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.\n Frontend Knowledge: Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a significant plus.\nDevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern infrastructure tooling.\n Architecture & Integration: Strong knowledge of system integration principles and practical experience implementing modern integration patterns (e.g., RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, messaging queues).\nProblem-Solving: Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to execute effectively in fast-paced environments.\nLeadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers.\n Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent university degree/experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field\nMaster’s degree preferred\nThis job description provides a high-level summary of the types of work performed.
