solutions\nServe as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary\nAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\n Recommended Qualifications:\n12+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role\nExtensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications\nExperience in managing and implementing successful projects\nSubject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development\nProven experience in API design, development, and security implementation.\nDemonstrated proficiency in technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Couchbase, Redis, and Kafka.\nStrong understanding of containerized application architecture and deployment, with specific expertise in Kubernetes.\nAbility to effectively manage and prioritize work across multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience in the financial services domain is preferred and considered a strong advantage.\nDemonstrated leadership and project management skills\nConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree/University degree or
