technology architecture.\nPartner with multiple management teams to integrate systems and deploy new products and process improvements.\nEvaluate complex business and system processes to resolve high-impact technical problems.\nSet coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards across the development lifecycle.\nGuide transformation projects as technical lead, overseeing delivery in large-scale, regulated environments.\nCoach and direct the work of mid-level developers and analysts.\nManage production support activities and uphold system safety and soundness.\nRequired Qualifications & Skills\n10+ years of experience in application development or systems engineering within complex environments.\nAdvanced hands-on skills in Java and microservices development.\nExperience leading transformation projects in a technical lead capacity.\nDirect experience with delinquency management functions in the credit card or collections domain.\nTrack record of delivering complex projects within regulated or large-scale environments.\nDemonstrated leadership and project management capability.\nClear and concise written and verbal communication skills.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\nBeneficial Skills & Qualifications\nHands-on experience with Oracle or DB2 databases.\nBackground in production support and managing system safety
